The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 27b, line 3, following the word “and” and the comma, by striking the word “on” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “upon”;

And, on page 3, section 27b, line 4, following “$5000, by” by striking the words “confinement in jail not to exceed” and inserting in lieu thereof “imprisoned in a state correctional facility not more than”;

And, on page 4, section 27b, line 5, following the word “and” by striking the word “confinement” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “imprisoned”.
